Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Strake platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Private Beta
Strake is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation only. Beta access may be revoked at any time. Features and functionality may change without notice during the beta period. Beta users agree that the service is provided “as is” without warranty.
Permitted Use
You may use Strake for your organization's internal SRE and engineering operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the platform to build a competing product. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you input into Strake. You grant Strake a limited license to process your data solely to operate the platform and provide services to you. We will not access your data except to provide support you request or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Strake is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free beta period, this limit is $0.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
