Overview

Strake Technologies, Inc. (“Strake”, “we”, “us”) operates the Strake SRE Intelligence Platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and the data you input into the platform (service configurations, runbook content, incident records). We also collect standard usage data such as log files, browser type, and IP addresses.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the platform, communicate with you about your account, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure hosted on AWS. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting rob@strake.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll notify beta users of material changes via email.
