Strake Technologies, Inc. operates Strake, a CI-native deploy safety product. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services. Questions go to rob@strake.dev.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, service configurations, runbook content, and incident records. We also collect standard usage data such as log files, browser type, and IP addresses.

We use your information to operate and improve the product, communicate about your account, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored using Supabase PostgreSQL infrastructure hosted on AWS. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting rob@strake.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes by email.
